Romans 12:3
“For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.”
One must always check him or herself. It is important in our Christian walk that we know exactly where we stand. It is imperative that we know what is required of us and what we must do to attain what is required of us. One must also know humility. Not just mere knowledge of it but a person must show forth the ability to be humble.
On this journey one of the most important elements one must master is Intentionality. Intentionality accomplishes, and it enables one to achieve goals. It is clear that if we are not intentional in the things we do, we will almost never complete anything in our lives. This is because without Intentionality one lacks discipline, and when you are indiscipline you will begin many things but you will never finish any of it. Again in addition to being Intentional humility is required. With humility we will be able to attain more than we’ve deemed possible because we will be able to reach certain heights that we can not simply reach with the mindset of “I’m better than this”. Be humble and be sober in your thoughts. Remember that even in being Intentional there are some phases in life that will require humility along with your intentionality in order to prevail.
