Proverbs 4:26-27

“Consider well and watch carefully the path of your feet, And all your ways will be steadfast and sure. Do not turn away to the right nor to the left [where evil may lurk]; Turn your foot from [the path of] evil.”‭‭

As a believer there are certain paths you can take and others you cannot take. As such there has to be vigilance on your part as a believer.

You must be careful where you place your feet. The Lord has laid a path for you. A path fit for the righteous. You cannot go any and everywhere simply because you have the freedom to do so. You must be very selective in the paths you take. Be steadfast in your ways. Do not walk in the path of the wicked. Follow the Lord and follow His ways. There are certain places that you have no business visiting as a believer. Be intentional and be careful with your travel. The places you go can bring forth your very downfall. The paths you take can lead you to life or to death. Be selective. Do not enter every door that is open. You must be discerning of the times and as such make your decisions through the leading of the Holy Spirit.
