Time Alone With The Father

March 13

Often times we have so much noise around us. There are times we cannot even hear our own voices because it has been completely drowned out by the noise in this world. At some point in life, we all need to take a break from the things that keep us busy and refuel our souls. There comes a time where we need to separate ourselves from the business of life and just sit at the feet of God. We must drown and do away with every interruption that will hinder us from God in order to seek Him intentionally. If we are not intentional in our pursuit of God everything and anything will be able to draw us away.

Life and time will not stand still for you. Time will not stop just so you can make up for things you failed to plan for or the things you were just simply blinded to. No matter how busy you are, we all need to allocate time out in our lives where our focus is on God and Him alone. If Jesus in all His glory and splendor took the time out to fellowship with His Father and pray away from everyone and everything then how much more us.

The truth of the matter is that we need God in our lives and no matter where we are in life we will always need Him, therefore let us make time for Him. Take some time out and step away from all the noise of life and just seek God and bask in His presence.

Mark 1:35

“Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.”

Mark 1:35 NIV
