2 Corinthians 9:6
“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.”
Some things in life are very simple. Simply A or Z, and there there is no way around it. When we speak on the topic of reaping what you sow most of us young people and some older people do not think that concept applies to us. This is why most of us go through so many years in our lives not understanding the importance of having personal relationship with Christ. Most of us who grew up in Christian homes or around Christian communities have this mindset of our parents God will save us. Our parents relationship with God is the blessing we will sow and for this reason we do not take account of the life we’re living.
What we must realize is that the lives are parents lives are for them. Although it is true that generations blessings can be passed down it does not negate the fact that we need to build a relationship and sow good seeds for ourselves. This means we cannot depend on our harvest. We have to sow on our own and real on our own. The reality is if we sow 3 seeds because you didn’t feel the need to put in anymore work than that, while the person next to you sows fifty seeds that person will reap an endless harvest whereby you will reap a harvest that will come to an end eventually. Take into consideration what you are sowing. Do not be a lazy Christian or one who lives their life any how. Be wise in your ways. In every opportunity you have to sow, sow generously, in what ever avenue you are provided.
