Numbers 9:17-18

“Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, after that the children of Israel would journey; and in the place where the cloud settled, there the children of Israel would pitch their tents. At the command of the LORD the children of Israel would journey, and at the command of the LORD they would camp; as long as the cloud stayed above the tabernacle they remained encamped.”

How often do you move at His command. And how many times do you act without questioning His command. Life will be so much easier if we acted at the command of God. If we moved when He said to move and remained still when He said to be still. One reason why we run into so many unnecessary troubles is because we don’t know how to take His commands. We do not know how to obey and depend to Him. God is the I AM, and He is also omnipresent.

He is everywhere all at once, meaning He has already seen your future and what it holds. Therefore when He commands you to do something you ought to do it. If He commands you not to go into certain places, do not go. If He commands you not to intertwine yourself with certain people do not do it. He knows the outcome of everything, and has made provisions for every instance. Listen therefore to His commands and do exactly what He has commanded you to do. Move at His word. Act on His instruction and let Him be your Lord and your God.
