Psalm 27:1 NIV “The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?”
when you have knowledge of who God is and of His position in your life many unnecessary worry and deception falls by the wayside. We have a God through whom we have everything. Though this is the truth it is not vice versa because if we have everything and we don’t have God, you have NOTHING. When you have God you need not be afraid of the world and all its hassles and issues. When you have Him you need not fear anything or anyone.
Just as the word of God says, if God is your light and your salvation, then who is man or even the evil one that you should fear? No one, absolutely no one. He is indeed our stronghold, our fortress, our refuge, our covering and our all. God is everything we have ever needed Him to be and He will always be all that we need in this life. Know who He is and know who you are in Him and in that knowledge nothing can ever suppress you. The safest place you can be is in Christ, so stay in Him and nothing can touch you! He is the stronghold of your life so fear nothing!
