James 4:14
How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone.
Do you need a reason why you should live your life daily by the principles of God? This is a reason, because you at not at liberty of knowing how long you will live. No one knows the year they will be called home and as a matter of fact you do not know the very day you will be called home. For this reason it is imperative that you live your life in a manner that is glorifying to the Lord, that way you do not find yourself wanting when your bell of completion rings. Having this in mind, it is very important that we all live our lives today as though it is our last.
We should not continuously push our life aside, trying to convince ourselves that we will do better tomorrow. Most of us procrastinate so much that we even procrastinate on our salvation. Life is too short, and it does not work in accordance with our humanly timeline. Do not waste your days. Do not put things off daily until it’s no longer a thought in your head. Do not delay on giving out your apologies, do not delay on fulfilling your purpose and chasing your goals. Do not delay on building and mending relationships. Whatever you have to do in life, do it with swiftness. Do you wait for tomorrow because tomorrow may decide not to meet you.
