Psalm 89:1
Young and old will hear of your faithfulness. Your unfailing love will last forever!
The unfailing love of God lasts forever. His love has been there since the beginning of time. It was available during the time of Abraham, Moses, Noah, Hannah, Ruth and all of our forefathers. His love has never changed and never will. The unfailing love of God for us it’s not based on our deeds, neither is it based on our character traits or even the decisions that we make. The unfailing love of God is rather based on Himself. This is the reason why there was nothing we can do to make Him love us more or to make him love us less.
He does not love us more when we do good neither does He love us less when we sin. He loves us simply because He is God. Not like us humans whose love are based on condition. He is not like us whose love can sometimes be as fleeting as our emotions can love is unconditional unwavering and I’m questionable. His love knows no bounds and has been with us even before we came to be. God loves us. His love does not manipulate or coerce us but rather it shows us Grace compassion and all the goodness of God. Rest assured in His love for it is unconditional and will always be.
