1 Corinthians 10:21
“You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord’s table and the table of demons.”
We often say, you cannot serve two masters and that is true. The God that we serve is Holy. He is Majestic and glorious and love, and mercy, and peace, but above all He is Holy. Being that He is Holy He cannot stand sin. Sin cannot dwell in His presence. Keeping this in mind we must remember that we cannot dabble in Gods presence today and in the devils camp tomorrow. We cannot drink of the cup of the Lord in one instance and if the cup of the enemy in the very next instance.
We cannot be a part of God and a part of the devil. We can only serve one master. Do not fool yourself thinking you can deceive yourself in drinking from both wells. The Lord is just and He cannot wit in sin. Therefore you have to make a choice at any given time who you want to go with. The options are between life and death. Either you chose God and gain life eternal or chose the devil and gain death eternal. Many of us deceive ourselves by telling ourselves we are ok in the middle. However we are wrong because it is either we’re on the far left or on the far right. One or the other. You have to chose the master of your life. Do not fool yourself and do not kill yourself by making the wrong choice. You can only drink from one cup choose wisely because what you chose determines your end.
