Psalm 92:1
It is good to give thanks to the LORD, to sing praises to the Most High.
It is indeed good to give thanks to the Lord. To sing praises and honor unto His holy name. Don’t wait for your situation to turn into what you deem good before you give honor and praise where it is due. Our circumstances should not determine the way we react in this life. Neither should any of our situations determine when God is and isn’t good.
The goodness and the mercies of God isn’t determined by our actions or anything else we can do. His goodness and mercies are determined by He and He alone. Let the songs of praises fill your hearts and ooze from the depth of your soul. Do not let these times take away your joy. Do not allow it to destroy your relationships with people and with the Lord. Do not let your circumstances determine your joy. The Lord is good in all things. So even in this current climate do not hesitate to praise the name of the most High and exalt Him. Sings praises even in all things. Sing praises even when it seems difficult. Let your praises find its way into the bosom of the Lord.
