Deuteronomy 3:16
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.””
He has ended one chapter with you and here He begins another one with you. He who ended with you successfully will continue to usher you into greatness. His word is true and for that reason He will surely not leave you nor forsake you.
To reap the goodness that He has for you purpose in your heart that you will go through this year with Him. Make a decision to walk every path with Him this year. Make it a point to allow Him to lead you this year. Go only where He instructs you and refrain from the places He restricts you. The Lord is faithful and He I’ll never leave us, but we however can leave Him. Do not do yourself an injustice by drawing away from God and departing from Him, rather remain in Him.
Yes it is a New Year but our God still remains the same. If you choose to go with Him your life and all your days will be filled with light. But if you choose to go without Him you will find yourself wanting. He has promised and He will not fail. He will go with you but the question is will you go with Him and will you allow Him to lead. Do not get ahead of yourself this year. Do not go ahead if God this year. Remain in Him and allow Him to order your steps and you will be blessed. Do 2019 with the Almighty and this year will be greater than all your past years. Leave all that which ensnared you in the past and take hold of what God has for you.
