Esther 4:14
“Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?”
There are times were we are placed in specific areas and positions not only for ourselves but for the good and betterment of other people. God chooses us to sometimes stand in for our family, work environment, friends, church and many more. We must understand that life isn’t always about us. There is a much bigger picture that we must look at. We might be the bridge that is needed to break ground. There is a reason why God has given you power and influence, and it is not for you to become dormant in it. Irrespective of the position you’re in, or the job that you have been given to handle you must do it with diligence. From being a parent to a teacher, organization leader, eldest sibling, veteran employee, etc. you have the power to make a difference.
Just as Esther did not ever dream of being the one to save an entire nation, she became that bridge that her nation needed, and because of her position she was able to deliver. Take a look at yourself. Look at the family you’re in the job, you’re in, the school you’re attending. Now ask yourself what Can I do to make a difference? How can I positively impact the environment I am in? Always look for opportunities to exercise influence, Godly influences that is. Do not use your position for selfish gains, rather use it for the glory of the most High. Let your influence speak of His greatness and His goodness.
