Deuteronomy 10:12
“And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God require of you? He requires only that you fear the LORD your God, and live in a way that pleases him, and love him and serve him with all your heart and soul.”
In life, many things are easier said than done. In our lives, our Christians, however, everything requires grace from the Lord. We need the grace to love, to live with others, and to work with others as we ought. We cannot do anything without the grace of the Living God. Likewise, we cannot live our lives absent from Him. If God is not a part of your life, are you really living? Chances are you are not. You are surviving and pulling through, but you are not genuinely living because any entity outside of God is no life at all.
God doesn’t require too much from us, but He requires that we fear Him and love Him. With what has been asked of us, we need to ask God for the necessary help and grace to live the way He desires of us. God knows that we need Him to live a worthy life, and with this knowledge, He is ready and willing to give us what we require if we would ask it of Him. The sad thing on most of our ends is that we know that God has all it takes to help us, but we will ask everyone except for him, and that is why most of us struggle and are still struggling even at this moment. Ask the Lord for help in any way that you need it, and He will help. Align your heart with His, and you will begin to realize that you want the things that he desires. Align your heart with His, and you will be able to fulfill every requirement of the Lord as well as please Him in every possible way. God is good and always willing to stretch out his arms to you, so do not hesitate to call out to Him.
