There is only one who is capable of changing the heart of man. He is the only one who knows the very depths and creases of your heart and He is the one who knows how to change you. Have you ever wondered why you cannot change yourself? The answer is very simple, your creator is the only one with the manual of your life so therefore you must seek His face and His help even in the smallest things that pertain to you.
We have all been in a place where we knew our hearts were not in good standing with either God or man. We have all been in that place where we needed God to break the walls and stones of our hearts and give us the heart of flesh. One that is like His. It is very imperative that we take note of the conditions of our hearts because the very standing of our hearts can either make us or break us.
Hardheartedness puts us puts us in a very dangerous place where we push God away. A place where we hurt the people in our lives and ourselves consistently without even knowing it. It can also pull us away from God’s will. We must have very consistent checks of our hearts. Do not be in denial of the state of your heart. When you see yourself falling away from God or drowning in the sea of this world, run to God and surrender to Him. Only you can check your heart, so be honest to yourself when checking. Be careful not to be in denial about anything because denial can cause you to fall. In all you do remember to check your heart in the truth of God and remember that you need Him even in checking your hearts.
Ezekiel 11 19 I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.
