John 8:31-32
“To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
How diligent are you in seeking out the truth and how intentional are you about finding it. There is freedom and liberation in knowing the truth however there is only one real place that the truth can be sought after.
The truth can only be found in God and His word, therefore to grab hold of His truth, you must grab hold of His word. There are so many false teachings and false ideologies out in our world today, but if you seek after the unadulterated truth you will find it. It can be found in the scriptures where God exposes us to nothing apart from truth. You must hold on to the teachings of Christ because that’s where it all lies. Hold unto His word for in His word is life. Do not be fooled. There is one truth in all of this earth, and it is that which has been given by God. Everything outside of that is tainted. So again if it is truth you seek, go after the word of God and you shall surely be free.
