Proverbs 28:13
People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy.
God is a merciful God and He gives us the mercy and the grace to come to Him whenever we need Him. He gives us the opportunity to approach Him without limitations. Because we have such great access to Him, we have the ability to seek forgiveness of our sins without fear.
It is not God’s will for any us to live in fear or guilt. We do ourselves an injustice when we hide ourselves from God or hide the truth from Him. When you conceal your sins from the Lord you only allow yourself to die more and more with each passing day. Turn to the Lord always and receive mercy from Him. Do not indulge yourself in sin, however when you fall seek His face. When you fall confess your sins. Reveal the truth rather than hide it. Open yourself up to God and allow yourself to be vulnerable to Him at all times. Always have a heart that seeks mercy. He is always open, so do not turn away from Him.
