Proverbs 21:5
“Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty.”
How well do you plan? How easy of a life do you attempt to live at the expense of everything? Many are the shortcuts in life. Some shortcuts appear to be so appealing and wonderful, but in the end you realize how deceptive it actually is. Some things in life will sometimes have an appearance of light but in the end you come to see how dark again. Not every short cut in this life will lead you somewhere. Most of it will leave you lost and wanting.
Purpose in your heart to remain diligent in all your works. To go down the path God has laid down us us without deviating from it. There isn’t a single path of God that will lead you to destruction. Not even one. If we work hard and commit our ways to the Lord He will direct our paths and leads us where we need to be. Whenever you think of taking a short cut in life think twice about it because it just might not end well.
Be patient, work hard and honor God in all your ways and God will surely honor you. Thread only on the path He has laid, and walk according to His word.
