January 12 When you do not know who you are you inadvertently allow everything around you to dictate your identity. One of the most dangerous things is not knowing your own true identity because this world we live in is full of vultures waiting to lay claims on you as long as you allow it to. As an individual, you are so special and so powerful. You are made in the image of the I AM, The Uncontainable God, and The All-Powerful God. You are made in the image of
January 13 Proverbs 11:2 AMP “When pride comes [boiling up with an arrogant attitude of self-importance], then come dishonor and shame, But with the humble [the teachable who have been chiseled by….” One of the silent killers of life is Pride. As the saying goes, pride always comes before the fall. Far too often we do not see the truth and reality of this until it has already happened because our own pride creeps into our hearts in such a subtle way. We usually don’t even realize that we are
January 14 If you were to take some time out and ponder about how many times the Lord has called you, what do you think that number will be? First things first, no one can say zero to the above question because at one point or the other God has called you. Now whether you answered that call or not it’s up to you. Proverbs 1:24-25 NLT ““I called you so often, but you wouldn’t come. I reached out to you, but you paid no attention. You ignored my advice
January 15 There is no such thing as “I don’t have a spiritual gift, neither is there any as I don’t have a talent. Is there something in your life that is plaguing you?
January 17 Our days are often filled with complaints to God or most times we’re asking Him for all the things in the world. Our focus is always me, myself and I so much so that we fail to even thank Him. It’s sad to think that most days we go from morning to night without saying thank you to God. Not even a thank you for waking us up in the morning, or a thank you for taking us throughout our day. Hebrews 13:15AMP “Through Him, therefore, let us at all times
