Proverbs 14:30
A peaceful heart leads to a healthy body; jealousy is like cancer in the bones.
Jealousy can literally kill someone. If you are not careful and you indulge in jealousy you can find yourself suffocating struggling for air. When you find yourself I’m a state of jealousy you almost become a madman. You begin to hate everyone and everything they do. You even begin to hate yourself to some degree. Any element is that you begin to criticize everything and everyone yourself included. What jealousy does to us makes us insane. It practically caused us to go to unforeseen lengths to for unpractical gains.
You sometimes see someone who is so jealous of someone else so much so that they bears false witness against that person for their own personal gain. Pride drives themselves to sickness and even early graves by indulging and living in a state of Jealousy.
We all have a heart like Christ. We have been freely given this beautiful Gift so we ought to show it to the world. Jealousy will not take you anywhere except for an early grave. Lead a life that God will be pleased with. One that will cause those unsaved to have a yearning for God and a yearning for the things of Lord.
