Galatians 5:16
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.”
Each one of us are led by something or someone. Whether you admit it or not it is reality. It is important to allow the Holy Spirit to do the leading in your life. How ever in order to know how the Spirit leads you must first know Him and have a relationship with Him.
If you want to know the Holy Spirit you have all right and liberty to know Him. Just as you spend time building your relationships with family, friends, and loved ones, you can also build your relationship with The Spirit. It takes work, intentionality, action, effort and consistency. If you want to lead a life that is pleasing to the Lord, it must be done through the leading of the Holy Spirit. Be opened to His guidance and His directions. Be attentive and act on His promptings and always make sure you do His will no matter what it may be. The flesh is always present and seeking to have it’s way, but do not give in to it. Do all you can to be intentional in walking by the Holy Spirit of God. When He guides you, your life changes for the better.
