Psalm 112:7
“They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord.”
In times like these where tragedy seems to occur on a daily basis as the norm, it is very easy to loose hope just as it is easy to loose your footing if you are not properly rooted.
These are the times where your faith is tested. The times where your foundation determines if you will stand. It is in these times that the very material you are built with is tested. It is in times like these that you have to make a proclamation of who you are. The righteous man does not fear bad news. The righteous man does not loose sleep over what will happen tomorrow because their faith and their trust is in the one who holds the world in His hand. The righteous man is not moved by the things of this world. Yes, our world in this current moment is filled with tragedy and chaos but ask yourself what you are made of.
Trust the Lord and stand firm and strong. Even in the face of a pandemic trust that He is able to keep you and all those around you. Trust that He is able to carry you on eagles wings ensuring that no weapon formed again you have the might to prosper. Fear nothing because you belong to the I AM. Do not let the fears of this world sway you. You serve a living God so walk as one.
