Lamentations 3:40
“Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord.”
Have you examine your ways lately? Have you considered your motives and decisions? Life and time waits for no one. This a harsh truth that none of us can change. Sadly because most of us have gotten so used to always being on the move without stops or any pauses, we forget to examine ourselves. Though we often overlook this because of our excessive busyness, it is very important that we pause and reflect every so often.
It is very important that we give attention to every thing in our lives. We must stop and ask ourselves from time to time, what
I’m I doing? Where I’m I going? What am I affecting ? What results are my decisions breeding? Am I representing Christ in the very best way I can? Am I being a good mother or father, brother or sister, a good friend? Am I simply being a Christ-like person? Life will be busy and time will come and go, but we must make sure we’re making the best of every moment. Examine your ways, your words, your decisions. Examine everything you do and make sure it’s in alignment with the Savior.
So pause, breath, reflect and finally examine yourself.
