Galatians 6:9
So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.
Do you get tired doing good? If your answer was yes then you’re probably not the only one. It is easy to get tired in the work that we do especially when we are working in our own strength. In addition it is very easy to become tired of doing good when you are dealing with individuals who do not have any regards for the effort you put forth.
Irrespective of who you do good for, there’s a point in time where you might grow weary. However in all things take heart and do not grow faint in the work that you are doing. The time of sowing is not always pleasant. It requires hard labor and diligence, nonetheless for every time of sowing there is a harvest time that comes forth. A time where you are able to reap all that you have sown. So take heart and know that you will reap a great harvest for the work that you are doing now, ONLY if you do not give up. If you throw in the towel without working there will not be a reward for you to reap. Draw your strength from the Lord it is only when you draw from Him that you are able to stand and walk in strength. Do not grow weary. Remain firm in the Lord and let Him enable you in all you do.
